Q: How do I become eligible, or why am I not eligible for the tournament?
A: It takes 30 minutes to become eligible for our tournaments after you have accepted a team invite, or have changed/edited a callsign on your roster.
Q: I won a tournament! How do I receive my prize?
A: To request your prize, please submit a ticket including the tournament you won, how much you're owed, and the PayPal e-mail to send your winnings to.
Q: How do I know what maps we are suppose to play? How do I report scores once my match is done?
A: It is now easier than ever to navigate through the bracket. Once the tournament begins, you can click "Go to my team" to locate your team within the bracket. From there, you can view all match details by clicking the "VS" icon. This will display information such as match time, the maps you need to play, as well as an option to report your scores once the match is complete.
Q: When will brackets be up?
A: Brackets can come up at ANY time between 2:00PM and 3:00PM ET.
Q: How do I know who hosts the first, second and third maps?
A: The team that lies higher on the bracket will host first map, and the team that lies lower on the bracket will host maps two and three. A lag test must be initiated upon request, if anyone is TWO or ONE bar during the first minute for thirty (30) seconds, a change of host can be requested. For Best of Five, top team hosts first two maps, and bottom team hosts last three.
Q: Can European teams host?
A: No, European teams cannot host any maps. Unless the tournament rules specifically state that European teams can host, the tournament will be American host only.
Q: The other team is lagging / flooding / booting me or my teammates.
A: With the increase in accessibility and notoriety of flooders and booters, we need to keep in mind that before these things were so well known, people lagged out of games. Therefore, unless you have reasonable evidence that a team intentionally lagged one of your players out of a game, please do not contact live support or an admin claiming that they did.
Q: If settings are wrong do we replay the match?
A: Yes, if the settings are wrong the map must be replayed. In the event that a team cannot obtain proper proof because game recording is not enabled, then the maps must be replayed with a staff member present. If the team has proof that they did in fact play, then the result will stand.
Q: What do I do if the other team drops host?
A: If the host disconnects, the map will be replayed from the time and score in which the disconnect occurred.
Q: Can you unlock rosters? I forgot to add my gamertag.
A: Rosters will not be unlocked for any reason. If there is an issue with your team, please handle it through Live Support prior to the scheduled roster lock.
Q: Can a player be re-invited after they disconnect mid-game?
A: Yes a player can be re-invited/invited mid-game during any game type. Substitutions are also allowed as long the player is on the roster and it is still 4v4 / 2v2.
Q: What console is the tournament on?
A: All of our Call of Duty tournaments will be held on the Xbox 360 unless otherwise noted in the title of the event.
Q: Is party chat allowed?
A: Yes, party chat is allowed.
Q: Why was my team deleted?
A: Teams are deleted because they do not meet requirements in order to participate in the tournament. Examples are not having four users on the team on the day of the tournament, or not having callsigns present on the roster. Please do not contact live support asking why your team was deleted after the brackets are made. 360icons also holds the right to delete teams as we see fit so that our tournaments run smoothly.
-Teams are always responsible for hosting their maps.
-The higher placed team in the brackets always hosts 1st map. A team that makes it to semi finals or finals has to agree with the other team whether or not they will play host every other map or host first two maps. If teams can agree on another host or a neutral host than both leaders must contact live support or a staff member saying so and receive approval.
-The lower seeded team hosts 2nd and 3rd maps for rounds one through six. A team that makes it to semi finals or finals has to agree with the other team whether or not they will play host every other map or host first two maps. If teams can agree on another host or a neutral host than both leaders must contact live support or a staff member saying so and receive approval.
-If a player cannot connect after the start of a match then the host can end the game and the player can be invited into the lobby.
-Only one person from your team can contact live support and no one else. This reduces confusion among our staff members, having to talk to the same team but different members on the same problem. If a referee is needed, everyone in the lobby excluding the leader of each team will be muted.
-If you are contacting live support to report scores for a dispute then it is highly recommended that you have all proof before contacting so that the process is swift.
-Please be patient with the live support at all times. They can be handling multiple situations at once and will get back to everyone as soon as possible.
-Please at all times respect the staff member and remember that all conversations between you and them are recorded. You will be blocked from using live support if you are a repeated problem or dishonest with them.
-If you are requesting a in game referee for a dispute or to provide proof please be patient. It is preferred that you upload proof via www.imgur.com or www.youtube.com and link it in live supoort.
-Always make sure game recording is enabled. The hosting team risks forfeiting a map if this is not enabled at all times.
-If the settings are incorrect, then the map must be replayed. If someone is using an illegal item, then that team may forfeit the map.
-Please always try to place proof of the final stats of a map in your file share for a dispute if you have one. This makes it quicker for live support/tournament staff to view instead of just watching the whole game.
-If it happens that someone either dropped host or did not have game recording enabled than please always have another way of obtaining proof if you do not wish to replay a map(s).
-Proof must show the following: full scoreboard with gamertags, connections, and a clear view of the map. For Capture the Flag, both sides are required.
-We can only ask for your honesty when being a leader for your tournament team. If your team falsely disputes, or you are caught lying to a referee, you will be banned.
-Please be sure to have another solution to gathering proof in the event of a dispute and theater isn't enabled or the other team is hosting and they disconnect during the match
-Please do no rush staff support. We try to get to everyone as fast as possible. Please do not leave live support and contact it again immediately. This only makes you wait even longer.
1) Please always ensure that your gamertag is within your account if you plan to sign up for any 360icons tournaments. Link can be found here: http://www.360icons.com/settings/callsigns/
2) After you have accepted any team invites or created a team, it takes 30 minutes to be eligible to compete in the tournament you wish to participate in. Also, ensure that your callsign is on the roster.
3) In Round 1, if a person is is not eligible but their gamertag is on the roster, than they can play. The gamertag must be on the roster and spelled correctly. After first round you must be eligible to play.
4) If your gamertag is not present on the roster, then you may not play within the tournament. In the situations of a 4v4, a team can play a man down and ONLY a man down. In the situation of a 2v2, a team CANNOT play a man down.
5) Roster lock is about an hour after a tournament begins, and once they have been locked, they will not be re-opened for anyone. Contacting live support to solve this issue will not help. Please be sure that your roster is set before this time.
To keep tournaments on track, we are suggesting times for rounds. After the bracket is released, please follow these times.
- Never report a match until after the scheduled reporting times. Please do not report a match early to advance to the next round automatically because we will set you back if you did not actually win that round. All we can ask for is honesty from our community and members.
(The following information is accurate for MOST tournaments, which begin at 3:00PM ET. If the tournament schedule states otherwise, please disregard this.)

If a team does not show up by the round deadline, please contact Live Support.
Do NOT contact the founder of 360icons ( EGO ) during a tournament. Please always contact live support for any issues you are having. Saying "I'm going to contact Ego" does not influence any of our rules. They will be enforced by the book, BY OUR STAFF; regardless.
