It's quite easy to get some help about tournaments, rosters, navigation, etc. Here are some of the ways that we suggest you go about asking for help around the site.
For tournament matches, tournament related issues, or any time-sensitive problem you're having, live support will be by far the fastest way to go about getting assistance.
We do not guarantee that a staff member will always be available on live support, but you can bet that during a tournament, somebody will be there to help you out.
If you need general assistance with the website, open a support ticket here and a staff member will respond as soon as they can.
However, since our community is so large, creating a thread on our forums might actually be faster than a support ticket, if you just have a general question.

How do I choose which teams appear in the quick links at the top?
Go to My ICN, My teams. When in My teams you cause drag and drop your teams in the order you like. The top six (6) teams will show up on your drop down menu.
How do I add a gamertag to my account?
Go to My ICN, My Callsigns, then click Add.
How do I invite someone to my team?
Go to My ICN, My teams, Select team you would like to add friend to. By roster there should be a green plus sign (+), then type in you're friends Icons username.
