White Glove Website

White Glove

Direction, Web Design, Branding

White Glove ONE is an all-in-one marketing platform that works to fill your pipeline with quality leads, keep you top-of-mind with your prospects, and keep you engaged with your existing clientele.

We needed the new website to clearly reflect the "All Done. All in One" mantra. So I went to work in Webflow to design a streamlined user experience that showcased their suite of services: Lead Generation, Nurture, and Engage. This isn't just a website; it’s a representation of a complex service made simple.

One cool feature is their 'Quadruple Guarantee.' It needed its own spotlight, so I made sure it stood out visually while clearly communicating the peace of mind it offers clients.
Leading a team as Creative Director, we executed a rebrand and website overhaul for White Glove ONE.

" I've worked with Erik on a few different projects and each has been a success for our company. "

We've hired several designers over the past few years, but none brought the same level of communication, collaboration and quality of work that Erik has delivered. I especially appreciated Erik's process on our first call—he asked questions about our brand, project and goals that pushed us to think critically and directly translated to a high quality deliverable. There's more than a few reasons we continue to go back to Erik.

Resume

A few things
clients normally ask me 😄

What is your work dicipline?

I’m a UI/UX designer and website developer specializing in Figma, Webflow, Framer, and WordPress websites. That means I have to be disciplined in both design and code, as well as keeping up with the latest trends and best practices. I follow a structured workflow that may include research, wireframes, prototyping, testing, and launching. I’m not a fan of cutting corners or compromising quality, so I always strive to deliver pixel-perfect and user-friendly websites that meet your goals and expectations.

What is your location & timezone?

I’m just outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan. You'll often find me at HOMES Brewery, playing at the park with my sons, or camping in Waterloo. My timezone is EST, so I’m usually awake when most of my clients are. However, I have plenty of clients overseas and as long as we communicate well and respect each other’s schedules, we'll be in great shape no matter where you are.

How often can we communicate?

Communication is key to any successful project, and I’m happy to chat with you as often as you like! I talk to some of my clients every day, some work with me on two-week sprints, and some only check in with me every once in a while. It’s up to you how much you want to be involved and informed. We can use whatever methods suit you best, whether it’s email, phone, Slack, Zoom, Teams or even smoke signals. I’ll always keep you in the loop and make sure you love the final product.

What is your  hourly rate?

I don’t like to put a general price tag on my work because every project is different. I want to make sure you get the most bang for your buck and the best quality for your project. I also want to work with your budget and deadline to make it happen. My typical rates start at $125/hr for ongoing work, but I also do flat fees for bigger jobs. If you’re curious about working with me, let’s chat and we can figure out the best deal for both of us.
